HEAD, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Minimum qualifications:
- 7 years’ post Degree/Diploma in Building/Estate Management experience
- Good working knowledge of BMSMA/LT(S)A Act, HUDC Housing Estates Act and/or Town Councils Act
- Has strong leadership qualities
- Ability to train and transfer skills
CONDO MANAGER /PROPERTY EXECUTIVES / OFFICERS
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Building / Estate Management
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' MCST experience
- Familiar with LT(S)A / BMSMA
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Pleasant personality
- Able to take work pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate / team player
ACCOUNTS cum ADMIN. ASSISTANTS
Minimum qualifications:
- LCCI / GCE 'O' level
- Maintain full sets of property management accounts
- Minimum 1-2 years' of experience
- Independent and able to work as a team
- Assist in Administrative duties
VALUERS
Minimum qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Building / Estate Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate industry
- Proficient in English
- Independent, Committed and Responsible
- Pleasant personality
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
