Ms. G. C. Tan

Ms. Tan is a co-founder of the company, which was established in 1980. She was formerly a tax specialist with the Inland Revenue Department of Singapore for almost 10 years.
Ms. Tan is the driving force behind the company and has been responsible for the company's rapid expansion in recent years.
Apart from running the company, Ms. Tan is also actively involved in promoting professionalism in the real estate brokerage industry in Singapore. She was a pro tem member of the Association of Singapore Realtors and was subsequently appointed as its Honorary Secretary and Vice-President. She was elected as the President of the Association of Singapore Realtors in 1995 and re-elected for a second 2-year term in 1997. In December 1998, she was elected as the inaugural President of the newly-formed Institute of Estate Agent.
Ms Tan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Singapore.

Mr Chong Kim Chang

Mr. Chong has over 30 years of experience with the Housing & Development Board (HDB).
He was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the HDB and was instrumental in the formation of Town Councils. He was responsible for the establishment of EM Services Pte Ltd and Cleantec Pte Ltd.
Mr. Chong was also the Chairman of the Town Council Secretariats during his term with the HDB.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Malaya, and a Diploma in Urban Social Development from the Institute of Social Studies (The Hague), Netherlands.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

Mr Sam Tan

Mr. Tan has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. He started off as a specialist in expatriates' relocation.
With 12 years' specialization, in expatriates' relocation, his clients include many major multi-national corporations. His track record in project marketing is astounding and outstanding. He was also involved in investment and collective sales handled by NRA. During this time, he has acquired extensive experience and established a wide network of business contacts and is well-respected as one of the leading professionals in the industry.

Ms. Phan has 15 years' experience in sourcing accommodation for expatriates relocated to Singapore.
Her clients include many major multi-national corporations. The "Total-Customer-Satisfaction" approach adopted by her has helped in building up many long-lasting cordial relationship with her clients. Her real estate exposures include project marketing of local & foreign properties and industrial property sales.

Ms. Lim Sharon

Ms. Lim is a graduate from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management. She has numerous years of experience in valuation of all types of property across a wide range of disciplines. She also provides professional advice on property tax and land acquisition matters as well as property investment, which includes undertaking feasibility studies.
Ms. Lim is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
