The property arm of Keng Soon Credit Group comprises three companies:
- NRA Property Consultants Pte Ltd
(formerly known as NRA Real Estate Pte Ltd)
- NRS Real Estate Pte Ltd (NRS)
- Kenwood Property Consultants Pte Ltd (Kenwood)
The companies operate from the Keng Soon Credit Group's corporate building at No. 104, Prinsep Street.
In Singapore, NRA, NRS and Kenwood are subsidaries of the Keng Soon Credit Group, an organization with diverse business interests in real estate, motor vehicle sales and leasing, finance, education and fine art to cater to the various lifestyle needs of customers.
HISTORY
NRA, NRS and Kenwood rank as one of Singapore's longest established real estate services firms. Its history began in 1980 with the formation of Kenwood Housing Pte Ltd. Conceived originally as a support arm of the parent company's real estate investment business, Kenwood Housing Pte Ltd rapidly outgrew its role. By the mid-1980s, it was an active player in the private residential sales and leasing markets. The company then expanded its scope of activities in the late-1980s to cover the commercial and industrial sectors as well as the public housing market.
In 1994, the parent company acquired the Nationwide Realty master franchise for Singapore. With the acquisition of the franchise, two new companies - Nationwide Realty Singapore Pte Ltd and Nationwide Realty Associates Pte Ltd - were formed to complement Kenwood Housing Pte Ltd. In 2006, the companies have changed the names to NRA Real Estate Pte Ltd (now known as NRA Property Consultants Pte Ltd), NRS Real Estate Pte Ltd and Kenwood Property Consultants Pte Ltd.
The three companies comprising NRA, NRS and Kenwood Property Consultants Pte Ltd offer a complete range of real estate services, which include: property valuation and appraisal; investment consultancy; agency and marketing; and property & asset management.
